Our professional matt breaker helps remove stubborn knots and matts from the coat. With 6 hooked, stainless steel blades that penetrate the coat to quickly, easily and safely break-down knots, preparing the coat for brushing or combing. The Breaker comes with a soft-grip, textured handle for comfort and control.

Instructions for use: Hold back any hair around the matt or knot, then use the Breaker to very carefully cut through the coat. Continue this process until all Matts are removed, taking care not to apply pressure to the animal’s skin.
