We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our site are accurate and current. However, minor variations in color or design may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms as detailed in our Shipping Policy, summarized here:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) from our warehouse in Greensboro, NC, USA.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Restrictions: We currently cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is valid and within our service area.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date if unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and with proof of purchase.
• Final Sale Items: For health and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
  • Cleaning & Sterilising Products
  • Dental Care items
  • Opened or used Bathing Products (including Conditioner, shampoos)
• Process: You must contact customer service at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

The entire content of the Groomers Professional website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Groomers Professional or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Any products purchased or obtained through the website, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of grooming tools like Clippers, Scissors, or Bathing Accessories.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.00, whichever is greater.
